We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Long View. The staff were so attentive and we felt very personally looked after. Everything about the hotel was thoughtfully designed and in amazing condition, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the outdoor balcony. The view from the room (and the lobby) was great. We also did the Scandinavian soak under the stars which was very special. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a little oasis in the mountains.

Love, love, love this place. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a perfect getaway near the Smokys. The cabins are wonderful and the views are spectacular. Mother and son trip - highlight of our Smokies exp

this hotel was absolutely amazing. The views are beautiful. The details are incredibly well thought through and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing meal on the terrace and borrowed the tubes and had the most fun tubing trip in the town. Cannot wait to go back.
