Sunset Vista is a 2,500 sq foot cabin that features all the amenities for a memorable vacation experience. The open layout living room, dining room, and kitchen are under high vaulted wooden ceilings centered around a beautiful gas log, stone hearth fireplace. A fully stocked kitchen with massive counter space will make serving your group a breeze. The living room has wide windows with full mountain views to complement the plush leather furniture, big screen TV and Bose sound system. First floor also has a powder bath and the laundry.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Great game room!

Nice house with plenty of space. The best part for teens and tweens was the game room. Great central location 20 minute drive to all the area attractions

Great spot with a “wow” view

Good sized cabin for our family of 6…our four boys enjoyed the game room garage, plenty of space for all to spread out. Hot tub at sunset was pretty awesome, but come back for the star show later in the evening - spectacular!

We had a wonderful time in mountains. The house & host were absolutely perfect.Great location !!!! No doubt would stay again the game room was a win win for a family.Great house !!!! Hot tub beautiful view just as shown in picture.

Awesome house!

Loved sunset vista! The view was amazing and the house was stocked with everything needed. I will say you do need 4WD or AWD vehicle. Driveway is steep and a few sharp turns but the view was so worth it! House was clean and great for our group of six and the pups.

Great Mountain Retreat

Remote Mountain top location make this spot a real treat. It is still within a 20 to 30 min drive to the NOC and Bryon City. We loved our time at Sunset Vista!

The View Takes All

The highlight of the property is the incredible view of the Smoky Mountains! The property is perfectly positioned at the tippy top of the mountain, facilitating beauty, peace and tranquility. The house was extremely well stocked with basics plus ALL the extras. We felt like the house was a destination in and of itself. The water pressure was very low, but didn't stop us. The one downside (only if not prepared), is traversing the mountain in a vehicle that is anything less than 4 wheel drive. A truly wonderful mountain vacation destination!

Best Smokey Mountain Cabin Rental Ever!!!

Over the last 25 years or so we probably rented cabins in Virginia , Northeast Georgia and North Carolina more than a dozen times. Sunset Vista is by far the best one ever. The location is a comfortable drive to the most secluded setting and in reasonably close proximity to many of the amenities came for. Hiking, was our main attraction and we were close to many stunning trails. But the home was perfect for relaxing and recharging. The sunsets, the fire pit, the gas fire place, the hot tub, the equipped kitchen and the comfortable furniture made it a perfect stay for us. We would definitely come back and we strongly encourage others to stay there.

Beautiful Outdoor Setting

Loved the property. Beautiful outdoor space with huge, comfy porch, nice hot tub and hammock. Teens enjoyed the garage hangout, games, stereo, ping pong and shuffleboard. Great trips over to Cherokee to see the elk, whitewater rafting in Bryson City at NOC lots of great meals around town.
