wonderful property at entrance of Bryce Canyon. Shuttles are NOT running due to government shutdown, but location is great for that. Lovely hotel rooms, spacious and quiet.

Our room was clean with very comfortable beds, a great shower and quiet. The lobby is wonderful with the big fireplace and southwestern decor. We would stay here again if in the area. To be perfect they need to add a fine good dinner restaurant !

Ahotel is nice and clean and quiet with decent amenities. However, this pacific indian front desk clerk is apparently sick of his job. What a unplesssnt, cold, unwelcoming, robotic, check in at a national park hotel. Perhaps" hospitality" is ill defined in the job description. Switch career to the county morgue should be suggested for this individual.
