All the rooms stink like cleaning solution and it's impossible to breathe. I was in one room and asked to change to another and it still smelled the same. The staff said they all smell like that. Absolutely disgusting and I kept the crack of a window open all night which didn't matter. The floors are very thin and you can hear everything above, so it's best to be on the top floor if possible, but even then you can still hear your neighbors. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is only a ten-minute drive from Bryce Canyon National Park. This location is extremely convenient, especially for stargazing at night and watching the sunrise in the morning. The coffee and hot water provided in the lobby were very good. Areas for Improvement The mattress in the room is too old and no longer provides adequate support. When sleeping on it at night, the mattress sinks/collapses, which resulted in poor sleep quality. It is hoped that this can be improved.
