Overall, a good stay, especially with the proximity to Bryce. I commend the daily maid service w linen refreshes...a classic touch! Great to have the hot tub after hiking. So, I love cornbread & biscuits but there really isn't a high quality of food available either in the resort or at adjacent options (also owned by Ruby's). I understand you're feeding the masses, many of whom favor quantity over quality. Perhaps consider converting an existing property (the redundant diner next door?) or even building something new and more health conscious. At any given time, probably half your guests are health and fitness types. FWIW. All the best.

The room was okay overall but lacked proper cleanliness, which was disappointing. The shower was particularly problematic—difficult to balance between hot and cold, and with a very noisy floor. The pillows were tiny, and while the bed was just okay, it did not provide the comfort I was hoping for. The laundromat available operated only with coins, which was an inconvenience A water backpack sold in the store was priced at twice what Amazon offered. On the positive side, the dinner buffet was excellent—both in quality and price, making it a definite highlight of the stay.

The property is really the only place to stay near the National Park. What you don't realize is that it's a HUGE complex that is basically the entire town - hundreds of rooms, multiple buildings, tour buses everywhere (including one stuck on a rock blocking driving through the parking lot), a post office, general store, restaurant, tour desk, etc. Loved the location and the shuttle stop outside. We booked a Lake View room thinking that would be nice and the lake was drained (but still good to be away from all the tour buses). The rooms are old and need to be remodeled and ours smelled bad. It was a dark and gloomy room. Our heat was so loud we couldn't sleep at night as it kept coming on it spurts. The dining options are limited if you don't want the buffet. (And there aren't many other options in the area.) Not a lot of variety for vegetarians and the espresso cafe on the property wasn't operable.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Bryce as the park is a short drive away. There is a few restaurants & grocery on site which was helpful for us! We enjoyed the pool after a day of hiking.

This was not a Plus BW that weve become accustomed to- we’ve stayed in many chains including be. Staff was not customer service oriented- non-smiling, impatient. For example, I asked for any other option to my room and was told I could have my money back! The room was basic not plus. The view I requested was lake view and there was no lake just a parking lot. Again I was told it could not be helped.

This place is close to the entrance of Bryce Canyon NP which is the best thing about it. Only stay here if you have no other options for this price point. Beware that food options are very limited in the area. The restaurant on site was subpar as the food quality was poor. Our room was downstairs and we could hear the people above us walking around all night and early in the morning. The room heater/AC was very noisy every time it kicked on/off. The bed was soft and we rolled into one another in the center. The trash in our room was not emptied after the previous occupants. There was also hair on the walls. I would not return to this hotel despite the friendly staff.
