"The mattresses in the room I rented had bed bug covers over them and the blankets on the bed in the smoking room I was in those blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, the floor felt strange and damaged. This was room 209 upstairs. Other than that I have no complaints and those aren't complaints either but they are facts but my mood was good while I stayed for two nights."

They refunded my room and reported that they’d have pest control treat it, but it has been 5 nights since our stay and I’m still not sleeping from the flea bites. Bathroom also smelled like urine which tells me their cleaning crew misses a lot"
