The Space:

This beautiful single family home sits on its own 4 acre private oasis. The yard is large and fenced in for your kiddos or pups to have plenty of room to play. There is a cleared trail leading all the way to the marsh where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the water. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated yet comfortable. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and everything you could need to whip up a chef's meal.



There are smart TVs throughout the home and high speed Wifi.



You are conveniently located just a 5 minute drive to the supermarket and I-95. St. Simons and Jekyll Islands are approximately 20 minutes away and downtown Brunswick is a 10 minute drive. You can't beat this location if you are looking for a home with lots of privacy, quiet sunsets yet close to everything the Golden Isles has to offer!



Longer stays are welcome in addition to short stays.



Please note:



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
