The entrance door was jammed...sadly the Jacuzzi was out of service..thereafter the commode in the room stopped flushing. There weren't any complimentary essentials, such body wash/haircare, tissues...and the sheets were ridiculously thin as paper..and lastly, the plasma television was as small as Michael Scotts in The Office!
