Booking a room at Hotel O Colonial has been nothing short of a nightmare. I'll preface this review by saying that the photos are very deceiving, which was immediately clear when I arrived. It's an older hotel, which is fine, but I chose not to stay because it wasn't what I was expecting. The concierge canceled my booking and instructed me to contact Hotels.com for my refund. Since then, the hotel has disputed my cancellation, claiming I stayed the night and checked out the next morning, which is patently false. Hotel O Colonial, along with Oyo, have been unhelpful and dishonest, and I'm writing this review to warn others about their deceptive business practices.

This place is ran down, and honestly unsafe. Door wouldn’t lock, dirty throughout. We stayed 20 mins and left. Couldn’t do it. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stepped into.
