the staff were terrible except for the one who checked me and she was great but evening and overnight was absolutely awful. There was an instant with the person above my room who made our all throughout the day and night and when I told staff they literally said, and what do you want us to do about it?

Check out Google reviews first! Staff friendly - but this is a long term stay situation for workers and there was some shady business going on in hallways. Loud and smelly. Do not recommend.

I was on ground floor. In the room above me, someone was walking around his/her room ALL NIGHT. Footsteps were very loud and I had a difficult time sleeping. Because there is no one at the front desk during the night, I couldn't call to have this situation rectified. I woke up at 5:30 a.m. with the loud footsteps in the room up above still continuing. This property needs someone on the premises at night just for these circumstances. However, a staff member came to my rescue earlier in the evening when my microwave shorted out. When staff are present, they are very helpful.
