Notre chambre ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos. L'air conditionné / chauffage fait énormément de bruit. La toilette coulait et faisait beaucoup de bruit également. C'est vieux et pas rénové. Le monsieur à l'accueil était en pantouffle. La piscine est froide mais le jaccuzi pas trop mal et chaud. Ca ferme normalement à 22h mais c'était déjà fermé à 21h30

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast needs improvement. Most hotels that advertise breakfast would include bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. This hotel breakfast had the basics and even those could be improved.

I’ve travelled the world and this is the worst I’ve ever been treated from a front desk employee. The lady at the front attempted to charge me extra for having an extra guest. Room allows 5 we were only 3. She treated my wife as if I brought a random in of the street screaming at her and asking her personal questions that were completely inappropriate. She canceled my 3rd night booking. I agreed saying I don’t wanna stay here with how we have been treated. We were nothing but nice and got treated absolutely terrible. I was there to compete in an Olympic contest. Oh and she refused me extra pillows on top of all that asking why I needed them.

Needs some updating - expensive for what it was.

Stayed for two nights. Lobby area was disappointing and still in the 70s. Pool area needs updating, as do the stairwells. Our room was nice, but bathtub was broken. Two king beds for 6 people was not really sufficient in my opinion. The couch was not a pull-out as I expected it to be. The playground area needs some improvement- was not as pictured. Breakfast was nice, though minimal.

Terriblement menteur

La chambre n'était pas celle demandé, très petite à un prix de fou. Proche de 500$ pour deux nuits dans un "lounge" qui s'avère être une chambre minuscule avec un decor des années 50. Mes amis sont restés dans une autre chambre toute aussi horrible, avec un nid de guêpes en supplément sur le balcon
