The Property

Step inside to a warm, open-concept living area featuring comfortable seating, a cozy indoor fireplace, Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare breakfast before heading to the lake, cook dinner after a day of exploring, or enjoy a relaxing meal at the cabin.

The cabin features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, TV, and hotel-quality linens. Two full bathrooms provide privacy and convenience, making the cabin an excellent choice for two couples, a small family, or friends traveling together.

A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin and private outdoor spaces, including both bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, deck, covered hot tub, fenced backyard, fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor games.

Free onsite parking for approximately 2–3 vehicles is available on the gravel driveway.

Self-check-in is simple and secure with a smart lock. Your personalized access code and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.

Privacy & Guest Support

This is a private, self-check-in stay, so you can enjoy the cabin without unnecessary interruptions. Our team will not be onsite, but we`re available by phone or message if you have questions or need assistance during your stay.

Getting Around

A vehicle is recommended, as public transportation is limited in the Broken Bow/Hochatown area.

The roads leading to the cabin are paved and generally well maintained. The property has a gravel driveway with free onsite parking for approximately 2–3 vehicles.

Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, restaurants, shops, and popular Hochatown attractions are all within a convenient drive.

Important Information

We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests staying for longer periods may need to purchase additional supplies.

Firewood is not provided, but bundles are readily available at nearby stores and gas stations.

Fast Wi-Fi is provided for streaming, browsing, and remote work.

The cabin has central heating and air conditioning. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces are available seasonally.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Laundry detergent is not provided.

Because you`re staying in a wooded area, wildlife and insects are part of the natural Broken Bow environment. Please keep food properly stored and avoid leaving food or trash outside overnight.
