Very noisy from corridor, other rooms ( chairs scraping on uncarpeted floors) and from people outside too (though I did appreciate being able to open window to get some fresh air). Pod like shower room, functional and clean. Staff welcoming. Desperately needs updating. Very convenient for Temple Meads but my preference is for Premier Inn just five minutes further away

Room was ok, pretty basic but clean, comfy beds and tea and coffee making facilities. Was uncomfortably hot though. Reception were very helpful and gave us a fan which helped a bit. Crazy to be that warm in November. Bathroom was clean but shower base filled with water because im assuming the drain was probably clogged with hair. In all, i was happy with the room for the price and the location was good

Poor quality and shabby in comparison to previous visits to the same hotel . The bed was particularly uncomfortable and the pillows thin . We are reluctant to return on our next Bristol visit at the end of next month . Meeting family in the reception area we were particularly embarrassed. Very shabby .
