Serious ladybug infestation. I am in my room with the lights on. Walls have ladybugs roaming all over. Ladybugs on the ceiling above the bed. Ladybugs in the lights. I am afraid to go to sleep. And there is a dog barking, but that's the least of my concerns at the moment. The person at the front desk said they know about the ladybugs and the cleaners vacuum them up, but the bugs come back. I would not have stayed here if I knew there was a bug infestation. I have a 17--hour drive tomorrow, this dump cost more than surrounding hotels, and I paid the higher price because I want the better experience, and the sleep. Hilton as a brand is really going down the tubes.

The nicest hotel I've stayed at in years! The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was immaculately clean (whole hotel was). The hot breakfast had a wide range of options, all of which were delicious. The food was hot, well stocked with attentive Staff to keep it clean and stocked. They were understanding when I asked to review nutrition labels for allergy warnings. Definitely will stay there again when I am in town next time.

Everything was great. A little bit of road noise as it straddles the center of 2 busy roads. Breakfast ok but just felt processed / not so fresh. 24 hour coffee in the lobby super nice. Excellent room and bed comfort / super hampton fan love you guys!
