Lovely hotel in a great location to the shops and restaurants. Very clean and quiet, Parking was easy and free. Breakfast was chaotic probably due to the size of the room and the volume of people.

Had difficulty finding the loading bay. The directions on letter could say drive past hotel , turn left , press button, unload and then how to get into car park. The Postcode is helpful but that applies to the area and we ended up going around twice! Room was clean and comfortable but extractor fan not working. Please check for next customer. Convenient and pleasant stay.

Staff were nice enough, room was tired and not very clean (random piece of rubbish on the floor in the bathroom) Resented paying a huge amount when it's on a par with a basic Travelodge/Premier Inn room - but that's Saturday night in a city! Only positive thing was the free parking
