House on the shores of Lake Bourget in Brison-Saint-Innocent, with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake, a south-facing terrace perfect for lunch and balmy evenings, just 300 meters from the beach, where the water is over 23 degrees, on-site restaurant, a lakeside walk to the port of Aix-les-Bains, and—although it’s located next to the railroad tracks that run along the lake—you’ll quickly forget this minor inconvenience of a train passing by for 5 to 15 seconds.
