Petit studio très cosy, décoré avec goût.. où rien ne manque.La propriétaire a pris soin de penser à tout.Les parties communes sont très belles.La piscine est un gros plus.Le studio est tout petit, pas plus de 2 personnes.Salle de bain spacieuse.Par contre, l'annonce dit "balcon" alors qu'on ne peut y mettre que ses pieds ! C'est juste une fenêtre avec une rambarde.Attention il n'est pas facile de se garer à proximité, pas de place de stationnement prévue..
