Was a holiday/weekend so checkin was done through telephone/intercom and room keys locked inside. Apartments are privately owned with some owners doing bare minimum for repairs and updates, we got one of those apartments Location is perfect trains/ferries and buses close, walking distance to many things Lobby/stairs and hallways are kept perfectly clean and look identical as photos Other owners we met are friendly and helpful Manager is fantastic, corrected a few issues we had at the beginning with cleaning. Grocery store within walking distance Many restaurants and cafes close by.

Comfortable hotel which has everything you need, including washing machine, microwave etc. My only complaint is that a drill outside was going until 1.00am. Not sure if staff at Rothbury were aware of this. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would stay again as location and amenities outstanding.

A convenient CBD location for a work/social 2 night stay. Check-in was quick and easy. Suites have all the ameneties required. Bed was extremely confortable!
