Great hotel staff fantastic breakfast wonderful Terrace bar good view nice pool but food sub par and overpriced. Tap beer flat in not beer clean glasses at over expensive prices. If you are charging too prices one expects top quality. Nearly destroyed visit however staff and breakfast saved it.

The bar staff up on the roof terrace are the friendliest I have ever had! They were all working well together and each one meet me with a smile and lovely manner. Super impressed guys!

The hotel and staff are fabulous , however, the room I was in was positioned in the middle of a row of four lifts and I could hear them all night. All the “08” rooms are in this position-508,608,1208etc. If like me you have keen hearing and are easily woken, do not stay in these rooms.

This is one of my favourite Hotels in Brisbane with its access to the train system, ferries, South Bank shops & restaurants and the city. The roof top bar restaurant, pool, sauna & steam room ensure a fabulous start or end to any day. Superb!! General vibe & IT feel is very good.

A truly luxurious experience. From the warm greeting from the parking valet to the experience on checkout it’s obvious this team of hospitality professionals are really working together and truly care for their guests. Hotel is next to SouthBank railway station, however, you cannot hear any noise. The bed was extremely comfortable. Roof top bar is very popular especially at night.
