The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and modern - can’t find a single fault. The rooftop pool was a huge highlight. The funky lift was a fun little vibe - a little reason to smile whenever the doors opened. I really enjoyed my stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone else or stay here again myself. So happy I chose to this hotel!!

Great hotel and excellent location. Staff were fabulous and so helpful. We had a late flight so they offered a late check out with no charge and use of the hotel facilities until we left for the airport, this was all offered without asking ! The rooms and bathroom is clean and large. The rooftop terrace restaurant and pool is a bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful luxury hotel with everything thought through. Two suggestions for management: a little touch up maintenance would be nice on case goods and furniture, and it’s unlikely that I’ll order room service without some printed enticement in the room.

Booked PREMIUM River View Suite through Hotels.com but it came through as a normal River View Suite. Some lack of communication from Expedia to Emporium booking system they said. We got a couple of things thrown in due to the price difference but wouldn’t book via Hotels.com again as we really wished for a Premium High Floor. Breakfast fantastic! Hotel excellent. Staff amazing. Rooms are clean comfortable and clean.

The room was great, however the attempt to be sophisticated and have the TV as part of the mirror meant that it was very hard to view the TV as I could see the reflection of the other side of the room in that mirror clearer than I could see what was on the TV. On my first night I called for someone - they came but couldn’t fix and were going to get someone to look the next day. Was no evidence that this had been looked at or resolved
