Begin your day with a warm cup of complimentary coffee on your very own isolated private deck located within the backyard or in our sitting area which includes (2) comfy, padded rocking chairs located on the front porch viewing a quiet, peaceful subdivision.

This space contains (4) spacious bedrooms. (3) rooms contain a king-size bed & (1) bedroom containing a queen-size bed. This cozy home also offers strong wifi connection, an electric fireplace located within the living room which is accompanied by (2) plush recliners, a 32” flat screen tv, & a few fun surprises so during your stay you can either choose to have an intimate movie night or family game night. The kitchen contains a Genoa Green marble dining room table with cabinets to complement this unique aesthetic with hints of gold detail along with porcelain tile for the flooring. Located next to the kitchen is our utility room which has a washer & dryer that our guest are more than welcome to use during their stay. Lastly, this home contains (2) fully modernized bathrooms which have been remodeled to be handicap accessible.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. This was my second stay at Charmaign's home. Our stay was amazing! The home is comfortable and inviting. I cannot say enough good things about our host. We did have a situation where the battery in the lock mechanism died. We could not get into the home. It was late, it was cold, but Charmaign did not hesitate. She arrived at the home in less than 20 minutes and corrected the issue, all with a smile on her face. I highly recommend staying at Charmaign's. Thank you, Charmaign for everything!
