This is the finest hotel I've ever stayed at, from the warm reception when I first arrived, and throughout my stay, the staff were lovely, the whole place, including my room, was clean, quiet, and beautifully appointed. The food was amazing, and breakfast service very well stocked. The views from the front of the hotel, bar and restaurant are the best in Brighton. I literally cannot fault this hotel.

Take a small car if you want to park

Beautiful hotel and large room with balcony and direct sea view. However, advertising ‘car park availability’ is grossly misleading. There is no counting in/out so you have no idea if there is a space available. Then driving around with very limited manoeuvring room is stressful and more in hope than expectation. Many cars driving around and then leaving with no space available. Anything larger than a small hatchback risks coming in contact with pillars, high kerbs and other parked vehicles. My Audi Q4 was too big for safe manoevring and was damaged in the process.

Lovely hotel perfectly positioned for the Brighton Centre which was our reason for visiting. Rooms and bathrooms were on the small side but we were not in there much. Breakfast queues were huge so we ate at the Regency restaurant which we would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel but I booked it for the pool and that was too crowded. Reception gave me the feedback that that is what I should expect at the weekend. However, I booked the expensive hotel with the pool so that I could use the pool. Otherwise I would have booked the less expensive hotel and also not had a swim. Either their pre-booking process isn't restrictive enough or all the regular gym member punters need to be restricted at the weekends.

Weird littlle rroom on mezzanine floor. Big but unconventional. Dark (windows but in some sort of well), no overhead light. Comfortable room, clean and welll equipped bathroom. Quiet. Can't TV from bed (so no late night watching).
