The Space:
Located on the fourth floor of a characterful Brighton building, our apartment enjoys elevated views towards Brighton Pier, the seafront and the rooftops of the city below. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or returning after a day exploring Brighton, the outlook is a constant reminder that the beach is only moments away.
The bright and spacious living and dining area is designed for comfort, with plenty of natural light, a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a comfortable sofa bed that allows the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a short break or longer stay, including cookware, crockery, cutlery, a microwave and washing machine.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is well suited to families, friends, wedding guests and longer stays.
One of the apartment's standout features is its two bathrooms, making mornings easier and providing extra comfort for families and groups. The main bathroom includes a bath with shower, while the ensuite features a walk-in shower.
Fresh towels, complimentary tea and coffee, shampoo, shower gel and a selection of starter essentials are provided to help you settle in from the moment you arrive. Need more? A supermarket is just a short walk away.
Please Note:
1. This property requires stair access, which may limit suitability for individuals with mobility concerns.
2. Only one parking space is available at the property on first come first serve basis and the same is shared amongst 4 flats and a shop. It is managed by the landlord and is outside our control. Landlord charges £20 per day (not per night). e.g. for 1 night stay, it would be £40.
3. Bicycles are not permitted in the building or outside of the building at any time for any reason due to fire safety regulations and insurance.
Guest Access:
- You’ll have private access to the entire apartment via a lockbox for self check-in.

Located in the heart of Brighton, you'll be just moments from the beach, the famous Lanes and the independent shops, cafés and restaurants of North Laine.
Spend your days exploring Brighton's historic streets, enjoying the seafront, discovering local boutiques or dining at some of the city's best restaurants. Brighton Palace Pier, the Royal Pavilion, SEA LIFE Centre, Brighton Centre and many of the city's most popular attractions are all within easy walking distance.
Getting Around:
One of the biggest advantages of staying here is that you can leave the car behind and explore Brighton on foot.
Pool Valley Coach Station and major local bus routes are moments from the apartment, while Brighton Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, offering direct services to London, Gatwick Airport and destinations across the South East.

• Parking may be available on-site for an additional charge. Availability is limited, so please enquire before booking if parking is important for your stay.
• A travel cot and highchair are available for £35 per stay. Please request these in advance.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
• For group bookings, the lead guest must be aged 25 or over.
• No pets are permitted in the apartment.
