Vicki communicated really well and was very helpful.The property is in a quiet location far away from the madding crowd. Perfect for nature lovers.The garden is a small green paradise in itself.Two wonderful beaches are less than a kilometre away.There are clifftop walks nearby.We saw seals and sea lions a variety of birds.The property is wonderfully equipped with high quality items.On the negative side, no terrestrial TV and no central heating. Does have a log stove and electric wall mounted fan heater though.

my experience is 'coloured' by the disappointment in the misrepresentation of the location. i booked 4 nights and left after 2. before booking i googled where in Bridport it is and the pin showed behind the IGA which is on the main road so i was happy i would be in walking distance of the beach and coffee shops which i could do many times in a day.the location is actually in suburbia and i could not walk to the beach. i sent word to the host having left 2 nights early who was sorry to hear i could not walk the distance ! it is the first time i have had such a disappointing (and expensive) outcome to my regular getaways in Tasmania.

No Wi-Fi or internet, this was a negative as not being able to stream entertainment in our down time. No egg flip made cooking breakfast a little more challenging. But for the cost and lactation, could not complain.

Lovely place close to all amenities

We enjoyed our stay here, but attention to detail fails, not tidy outside, also could do with a super spring clean. Showers need better shower head and pressure, hot water takes forever to get hot. Quite place, but just needs personal touches updated. Also nowhere to hang tea towel. Bed linen and doona covers need update and brighter. Stand for suit cases or bags in bedrooms.

Lovely property. 2nd bed was a bit lumpy and needed a 2ndbedside table. Shower in the main bathroom was more like a hose trickle. Could of had a small milk in the fridge.
