This condo waa perfect. Large, very comfortable, and well equipped. We've stayed in many condos in Breckenridge and this property is our new favorite. We are a family of 4 and stayed 8 days, it was perfect. If I were forced to make one complaint it would be for a comfy chair for the patio to sit and have coffee. Otherwise, it was truly great. The condo has everything you'd need, e appreciated the starter dish soaps, and paper products, it also had a few games for family nights in. The listing was accurate and represents the property well. We really enjoyed and thank the owner for sharing their lovely condo.

This is a very nice unit and in a convenient location. It's fairly close to the pool & hot tubs & only a short walk to downtown restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

This condo was great for our family and our first trip to Breck! We had plenty of space for the 5 of us that was very comfortable and clean. We had to buy some starters for the wood burning fire as well as another lighter as our lighter went out. We cooked several times in the kitchen and everything worked great. Just note there was not a pizza cutter or pizza pan :) the proximity to Quicksilver lift was excellent! We could watch our kids do ski school from right out of the living room window! Highly recommend this condo!

Great condo for family vacation with lots of space for everyone. Well appointed and convenient to everything in town. Host company was very responsive and easy to work with to meet any needs. Parking is expensive and the garage space is very limited.

I spent 5 days in Breckenridge during mid February. The only negative aspect of the week was the below average snowfall for the year. Other than that, the condo was perfect for my family. The accommodations are spacious and the location is ideal. Great venue.

Location is great obviously. But beyond that the condo was absolutely beautiful. Spacious. Nice furniture etc. and the best outfitted kitchen I e ever stayed in for a rental. We have stayed in a lot of rental condos. Maybe 15-20. This has to be top 2 or 3.

We loved our stay—-the condo was super clean, had amazing views, and was close to everything! Condo was much bigger than expected and the master bathrooms were gorgeous. We were a girls trip of 8 and already can’t wait to rebook this unit for a winter ski trip and a summer trip!

This is a good property in a good location in central Breckenridge. There was a minor hiccup on arrival with a power outage but that was resolved before listed check in time. Minor concerns are the standard worn bedding/pillows, a coffee maker that needs a good cleaning and construction noises from the adjacent building remodel. Other than that it is nice property.

We enjoyed staying at the property. However, we had to rewash most of the dishes because there was food stuck on them. There were also crumbs in the silverware drawer. This is likely due to the cleaning service used to clean the unit and not due to the owners or property managers.

Perfect accommodations

Just spent 5 days in Breckenridge skiing with the family. Perfect weather and snow. The condo is well designed and is a 2 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift. We utilized all of the amenities including the weight room, hot tubs and sauna. I enthusiastically recommend this condo.

Great Condo

We stayed at Southern Comfort for a long weekend. It has a great location. Close to main street, ski lift and the pool. Place is clean and bigger than expected. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as well. We would stay here again!
