COMPLETE REMODEL Spacious 2 Bedroom w/ Mountain View! Best location in Breck!
Fully updated photos are on the way in December, but our 2 bedroom unit has had a complete update and is now one of the best properties in Breck! Please come back for updated photos in mid-December, but book now, as it is going to go fast! Oh - did I mention we added in-unit washer/dryer? Yeah, we did that too!
We've left the old interior photos of the property on our listing for now to reference unit size, space and layout. We have gone with a light grey interior base color with hardwood-look durable flooring and a Scandanavian flair to the cabinetry throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. Light quartz countertops keep the rooms light and bright. We ditched the old brick wood burning fireplace for quick and easy heat with an electric fireplace and 65 inch television to relax après-ski! We are a honestly a little worried our comfortable home and view will be so nice that people won't want to go out and explore Breck!!
The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with a pull-out twin sleeper chair and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk over the top. In the living room we have added a luxury sectional couch with queen size pull-out bed, as well as a twin sleeper chair.
We've also added a wonderful drop zone for coats and cold-weather gear storage to help keep the place nice and tidy during your group's stay.

This is the absolute best location in Breckenridge! Our mountain-view, spacious 2 bedroom condo is nestled at the base of Peak 9. Staying in the Antero building you will be only steps away from the Quicksilver chair lift, while also being just one block from Main Street and all the fantastic dining, shopping, art, and entertainment that has made Breckenridge the ultimate mountain resort town. Once you stay at the Village, absolutely nothing else will compare!
The pool, hot tub, fitness center, dry sauna and steam room were completely renovated in 2022 and are absolutely spectacular! These amenities now include a heated indoor/outdoor pool with a zero-entry child feature, water basketball goal and four spacious jetted hot tubs with waterfall features and a lounge area for hanging out or watching the skiers on Peak 9 and the mountain base ski school. New features also include a private guest-only lounge with electric fireplace, arcade games and a billiards table as part of this modern-day face lift to the Village's amenities.
We understand the importance of convenience, and our condo makes slope-side living simple! The Village has its very own renowned Ski and Ride School, as well as day care by Maggie Pond, making it easy to coordinate your family's adventures. In fact, taking the kids to ski school or day care is as easy as going downstairs, as these service are located IN OUR BUILDING!
This is a wonderful two bedroom property with plenty of room for sleeping up to a maximum of 8 people. A fun wolf and mountain theme sets the mood for your alpine getaway. There is a king bed and pull-out twin chair in the spacious master. A queen bed is located in the second bedroom with an XL twin bunk above. A full-size sleeper sofa and single sleeper chair in the living room add additional sleeping space. A large and well-equipped kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar make food preparation and dining comfortable. Finally, two large full bathrooms complete our mountain home. Whether a family of two, two families of four, or a group of close friends, there is no better place to stay in Breck as our condo will comfortably provide for your group as you prepare for your Breck adventures.
We have expansive views from our balcony, with the Blue River and Maggie Pond immediately below and unimpeded views of Mt Baldy. There is no better way to start the day than a cup of coffee looking at a Colorado sunrise! In the summer, open the windows and relax to the sounds of the Blue River below. It is serenity at its finest!
Activities abound just outside your door, with a very short walk across our plaza to the Quicksilver 6 person chairlift on Peak 9. From here you can ride Peak 9 groomers all day or wind all the way across the resort to the newest Peak 6!
