Affordable Luxury 2BR/2BA Condo with View. Walk to Slopes/Town

This nicely furnished, two-level condo is so bright and cheerful it will enhance your Breckenridge experience. Surrounded by pine trees and wildlife, it makes you feel one with nature in a very comfortable setting.

The oversized master bedroom accommodates a king-size bed and a queen-size murphy bed with room to spare for baby cribs, sleeping bags, and lots of luggage. The second bedroom sports a queen-size bed. When you walk upstairs to the kitchen and family room the large windows and vaulted ceiling engulf you with light and cheerfulness. Splash around in the large outdoor pool and four hot-tubs in the summer AND winter.

If you do not want to make the short walk to the lifts for Peak 9, ride the free shuttle bus that stops right outside the door. Walking to town is also a pleasant option, or you can take the free bus there, too. We want you to have a great experience at Breckenridge and will do what it takes for that to happen. Property was as advertised. Would stay again.Free shuttle stop right in front of condo that takes you everywhere in Breckenridge. Short walk to restaurants and bars. 4 community Hot Tubs with indoor changing area and locker room was nice amenity.

Great spot!

We had a great stay - location was perfect. You can walk very easily to the downtown area and there is a nice pool with amazing hot tubs on the property. The check in process and trash disposal was a little confusing but Marcia was very responsive so we didn’t run into any issues. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The best location

Having the ability to walk a short 5-10 minutes to the base of Peak 9, underground parking, access to a ski locker at ground level, and a great hot tub/pool complex is unbeatable. We had everything we needed in the condo- plenty of towels, all kitchen tools (including a crockpot), easy to adjust temperature, and very comfortable beds. The host was extremely kind and helpful with check in and out. We would gladly go back!

Great week!

We had a wonderful week's stay just after New Years. The condo was spacious and nice and warm, especially during some single-digit temperatures. It's an easy walk to Peak 9 and town, and the storage locker in the garage is a great perk (as is the garage).

Location is great, check-in process a breeze. Master bedroom with Murphy bed is great for small family. Property is in need of some TLC from owner and property management. Owner was very nice and responsive.
