Awesome place. Big, great view, lots of seating, high quality house, furniture. Excellent location for either Breck or Frisco skiing.Only challenge was getting a few of the 12 fireplaces to work. Small inconvenience when compared to everything else that came with the property.

Amazing trip

This house has everything you can possibly think of we had a great stay. Manager was very accommodating with all her questions very spacious for all our guests. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I will recommend is adding a bench to put on your ski boots or snow boots in the garage. We had a little bit of a tough time trying to get our stuff together, but other than that, everything was great.

Stunning

I’ve been traveling for work every two months for the past 2 years and this is hands down the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t even have the words to describe how incredible it was. The heated garage, the fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub, everything was extremely clean (literally not even a piece of dust), the amenities, the location, the view, the comfy beds and blankets, I could go on forever.

Thanksgiving 2024 was a blast because of the house and location. The admins were kind enough to accommodate our check in request affected by a snow storm. The house itself is very well maintained and well stocked.

Wonderful trip

We had a group of 3 families with little kiddos and we had the best time. More than enough room for us all. The home was beautiful with an expansive deck and fireplaces everywhere. The driveway was perfect for our toddlers to sled down. The kitchen was large and had plenty of room for home cooked meals. We really enjoyed ourselves here! Our only recommendation to be more family friendly would be to offer possibly a crib or pack n play to make things easier for young parents. This home was just outside of town giving us the quietness and serenity we wanted but close enough to drive to sight see and partake in the sky/ snowboarding. Thank you for sharing your lovely home, we hope to come back next year to enjoy it again.

This home was spacious and perfect for my group of 14. The floors were heated so it was cozy even when it was cold outside. This home provided with many spices and cookware as well as enough towels so we could use the hot tub. Definitely would book this place again.

Family get together

We stayed in the home with our 3 grown children and their families. We all loved the home and lived on the back deck! Absolutely beautiful views. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking your own meals. There were lots of games, ping pong, pool, hot tub, even a video arcade for the young and old alike. We were close enough to enjoy the town but we loved the quiet of being out a bit. The house was spotless and comfortable. We all said that we would love to Come back again!

Fantastic house

We loved the house! It was beautiful. We liked being able open the sliding doors to the deck, though we had a chipmunk friend come inside for a evening. We did manage to get him back outside. We were able to enjoy the deck fire pit one evening as it rained the rest of our stay. The throw blankets and the good chewy ice in the downstairs bar area were our favorites . We had plenty of room to be together and yet each family was able to have their own space, too. We would definitely stay again.

Family of 11 Together Making Memories

The home was far more than we expected right down to the fresh flowers that were greating us upon our arrival. We cooked all our meals in the well stocked kitchen and had plenty of room for us to all eat together. It was amazing! Just had a couple things that wish would have been disclosed. The ice maker in the refrigerator in the kitchen did not work & no light in the refrigerator. The fireplace on the upper deck did not work & thats where we spent all our time in the evenings. We made due with the fire pit but would have been really nice to have the fireplace too with our large group. We made a service call on a plumbing issue and the service guy came didnt have the correct tool, said he'd be right back but never returned. None of this stopped us from having a fabulous time. We would come back in a heart beat and highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great property - loved the house. We were overhwhelmed at how nice the house was and how well it was stocked. Certainly one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. Views off the back deck were spectacular. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the Breck/Frisco area.

Above and Beyond!

We absoluteeeely loved our stay here. We had communication leading up to our trip, during our trip and after. Checking in and checking out was clear and concise which was beyond helpful. Also, checking out was a breeze! No crazy cleaning instructions or taking bedding off, etc which was helpful getting out the door. This house was beautiful. Honestly, I wish we could have spent more time there than we did. It’s decorated beautifully, well kept and super clean. We had a group of 10 girls and there was plenty of space in the living room for us to hang out and relax and love the long dinging room table for group meals. The house is a quick drive to town but if you are choosing to have some drinks the HOA transportation option was such a bonus! One thing to note, there is a master bedroom on the first floor and there are blinds but not on the top windows so it did get a little bright early in the morning so early birds should take that room :) Other than that, everyone slept wonderfully and all the beds were very comfortable! Looking forward to booking again during the summer time and enjoy the big outside deck and hot tub We will definitely be back and looking forward to our next stay.
