The room was very clean and every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. This includes the housekeepers, security guard, clerks, and the entire cafe staff. We love the St. Moritz and stay there every year when we visit Brasilia.

Our favorite Brasilia Hotel

We visit Brasilia every year from Washington State, USA, and the Saint Moritz has become our favorite hotel. The wonderful rooftop dining room for breakfast and the friendly and professional staff can't be beat. We really do love staying there, and it is conveniently located and not far from our family's apt.

It was decent hotel, but when I got very sick and couldn’t go to breakfast asked my husband to bring me some and he was told he couldn’t take any to the rooms. Really? For a sick person? Won’t stay there again.

Great service. Location can be a little loud since there is an amphitheater across the highway. The music travels and can be quite loud- nothing the hotel can do about that and luckily it is not everyday.

Minha experiência no Hotel Sant Moritz foi muito positiva. A localização é excelente, o ambiente é agradável e confortável, e a equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia. O quarto estava organizado e confortável, e o café da manhã foi muito bom, com opções variadas. A localização também facilita bastante o acesso aos principais pontos da região. Foi uma estadia tranquila e agradável. Recomendo o Hotel Sant Moritz para quem procura conforto, boa localização e um atendimento de qualidade. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar!

the hotel is good in general, and the location is superb—perhaps the best within the city from my point of view as it is right beside the shopping mall and central transport station where you can travel easily by metro and bus and eat or rest in the mall before and after the trip.

Me decepcionei muito com o hotel por três razões: 1- Ar-condicionado do quarto direciona o vento direto pra cima da cama. Até mudaram a gente de quarto pra um menos pior nesse sentido (ar mais distante um pouco da cama), mas acabamos preferindo dormir sem ar durante a estadia porque era impossível dormir com aquele vento em cima da gente. 2- Piscina está em obras e isso só foi informado no momento da nossa chegada. Sendo que a foto principal do hotel é mostrando a piscina. Entendo que deveriam ter avisado no momento da reserva ou assim que souberam que não poderíamos usar. E oferecer um cancelamento gratuito caso isso fosse importante para a gente. E era. 3- Quarto extremamente barulhento. Colocaram a gente no quarto andar, em cima de um bar que tinha gente falando alto até tarde da noite. Também haviam barulhos bem alto de instalações do hotel o dia inteiro, de água passando, estalos, não sei identificar. Mas eram barulhos altos dentro do quarto.

Hotel bem mais ou menos! A cama de casal é pequena. Trocamos por 2 de solteiro e não tinha cobertor no quarto, apenas lençol (a mesma coisa no quarto da outra família que estava conosco). Tem “cerâmica” no piso dos quartos e dos corredores (chegamos num voo das 3h da manhã e ficamos pensando que o deslizar das malas devia estar incomodando alguém). Café normal no rooftop, que tem uma vista bonita de Brasilia. No geral nota 04 pq pra dormir a cama é mais importante e o hotel é bem protocolar/menos. Não pretendemos repetir a experiência.
