Localização boa, porém o quarto não tinha capacidade para 4 pessoas, como informado e não conseguiram resolver com ninguém. Foi uma noute péssima. Não havia papel higiênico no banheiro e nem cobertores.

A roupa de cama está um pouco gasta, não tem papel higiênico (apesar de ter amenidades!) e tem um mal cheiro vindo do banheiro que se alastra pelo quarto. Já é a segunda vez q fico nesse quarto (flat) e o anfitrião deveria cuidar melhor desses aspectos. No mais, o flat é bom e o pessoal é atencioso.

Haviam muitos comentários sobre a falta da papel higiênico e cobertor, creio que surtiu efeito, não tinha apenas 1 mas 4 rolos de papel higiênico e 1 manta bem grossa no guarda roupas. Diz no anúncio que acomoda até 4 pessoas, mas o ideal seria apenas para casal. Uma sugestão, deveria colocar acessórios novos como: copos, pratos e talheres. Tinha detergente para lavar, mas não tinha esponja (tive que comprar), não tinha escorredor de prato ou até mesmo um pano para enxugar. No geral não tive problemas ou decepção (já estava ciente do que poderia acontecer). Até me hospedaria novamente.

O apartamento é muito confortável, perto de pontos turísticos e shoppings, ótima localização. A única coisa a falar é que precisei de outro lençol, pois o ar faz muito frio mesmo em temperatura mais altas,mas não tinha disponível.O atendimento da recepção creio que depende do dia, o que eu cheguei foi péssimo. No mais, recomendo demais o flat e o local

Lugar muito bom, mas o flat 208 serviço horrível

O hotel é maravilhoso,mas o flat 208 que é administrado pela Fênix Flats tem estrutura física boa, mas lençóis e toalhas de péssima qualidade, não possue secador de cabelos, não tem cobertas(só avisaram uma semana anterior da reserva), lâmpadas queimadas no banheiro ficando escuro para fazer maquiagem. E o pior paguei 06 diárias adiantadas e não trocaram as toalhas e lençóis nem uma vez, não teve reposição de papel higiênico. E solicitei mais de 07 vezes pelo whatsapp e mensagem do aplicativo que tem na reserva . Fui na recepção do hotel e pedi para enviar email e a resposta foi que só tem troca após três dias e não foram(cópia do whatsapp abaixo). Fui obrigada a comprar uma toalha. Extremamente bem localizado.
