De um modo geral o hotel é novo, os quartos são amplos e o café da manhã é muito bom. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos e atenciosos o tempo todo. A pressão do chuveiro deixou a desejar e o ar condicionado do quarto era bastante barulhento, parecia que necessitava de manutenção. De qualquer forma, é uma boa opção de hospedagem com bom custo x benefício.

O quarto estava em boas condições. Não gostei do café da manhã, o queijo frescal era de qualidade baixa e o pão de queijo não estava gostoso. Pelo preço cobrado poderia ser muito melhor. O Gran Mercure Eixo cobra 2 reais a mais e o café da manhã é muito melhor. Tanto é que no 2º dia da minha estadia, optei por tomar café da manhã lá. Obrigada pela oportunidade.
