The flat was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view as I was on the 11th floor. My only complaint is that despite there being a kitchen, it was of little use as it had no equipment. No cooking facilities, no dishes or cutlery, not even the basics to make a cup of coffee in the morning.

O flat não tem edredom/manta ou coberta. O horário de check-in é rigoroso a partir das 15h, considere que o quarto estará disponível às 16h, pois depende da boa vontade de alguém enviar um e-mail para o hotel informando sua chegada e isso não vai acontecer pontualmente às 15h. Já o check-out é rigorosíssimo às 12h.

Péssimo.

Quarto em péssimo estado. Check in atrasado em mais de uma hora porque quando eu cheguei no quarto ele não tinha sindo limpo depois do último hóspede. O quarto estava sem roupa de cama e com pratos e talheres sujos com restos de comida. Como resultado eu tive que acionar o proprietário e aguardar mais de uma hora pro quarto ser limpo. O check in de 15h que jâ era tarde se tornou 16h30, e eu perdi uma reunião de trabalho como consequência. O mobiliario e infraestrutura do quarto estão em péssimo estado, bem como a limpeza geral do quarto. A tranca interna da porta foi quebrada e arrancada, aparentemente pelo proprietário para evitar que o quarto possa ser trancado por dentro. Sem que antes seja informado na reserva, o proprietário não fornece cobertor ou troca de toalhas ou outros insumos durante a estadia (informação dada em um papel rasgado colado com fita durex no meio do espelho do banheiro). O apoio do proprio hotel é o mínimo possível, e o hotel deixou bem claro que o flat particular é competidor do hotel e eles não dão suporte além da recepção. Não recomendo e não voltaria.
