Ótimo atendimento na recepção, café da manhã variado e tudo mt gostoso. As frutas estavam sempre frescas e o melhor para uma nordestina: todos os dias teve cuscuz. O quarto e o banheiro eram simples e pequenos, mas eu estava viajando sozinha e sou uma mulher pequena, portanto foi ideal pra mim. Para pessoas grandes, aconselho se informar antes sobre quartos com banheiro maior, pois uma pessoa acima de 1,65 não ficará confortável no banheiro que fiquei. No hotel me disponibilizaram secador quando precisei e outra coisa que pra mim foi o diferencial e me fará voltar outras vezes: liberaram meu check in, sem custo adicional, às 10h da manhã pq tinham disponibilidade. Já fiquei em outro hotel em Brasília que, mesmo com a disponibilidade, só liberaram no horário previsto.

Equipe maravilhosa. Só tenho a reclamar de duas coisas: os avisos de que a voltagem é 220 v deveria estar em todas as tomadas. Como no quarto nem todas estavam , acabei queimando um secador de cabelo. Primeira vez em Brasília e eu não sabia que essa era a voltagem local . Como nem todas as tomadas estavam sinalizadas eu fui induzida ao erro . O ar condicionado do meu quarto estava com um ruído estranho, precisando de manutenção , não me incomodou muito pq eu já estava no último dia . Café da manhã bom e muita simpatia da equipe. Voltarei ao Bittar sim. Localização excelente e hotel com jeitinho de casa .
