Nestled in the scenic Ozark hills, this delightful condo is the perfect cozy retreat for your next getaway. Located at Notch Estates—just one mile from Silver Dollar City—you’ll enjoy both convenience and breathtaking views of the beautiful Ozark terrain from the large private deck.

Take in the twinkling lights of the Shepherd of the Hills tower at night, and listen to the distant sounds of the train and roller coasters from Silver Dollar City. Keep an eye out for local wildlife—you’re sure to spot a few friendly visitors during your stay!

Enjoy the many amenities Notch Estates has to offer, including walking trails and a catch-and-release pond (complimentary fishing rods are available for your use). We’re located directly across from the playground, one of two pools, and a picnic pavilion. A second zero-entry pool and pavilion are just one building away. Boat trailer parking is also available.

Inside, the condo comfortably accommodates your group with two bedrooms, each featuring queen beds. The front bedroom also includes a bunk bed, offering extra sleeping space for family or friends. Both bathrooms include showers and hair dryers for your convenience.
