The home’s spacious and modern interior is waiting to welcome you during your well-earned downtime between activities, where everyone can spread out and find their own private corner. The living room offers plush sofa seating when you’re in the mood to kick back and stream a new show or movie on the smart TV. Steps away, the kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and dedicated workspace.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a California king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This is an upstairs unit with 15 steps up to the entry.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required with a mandatory parking fee of $5 per car per night. For reservations beginning January 1, 2026, this fee will increase to $7.00 per night, per vehicle, to be paid to the resort upon check-in at the Welcome Center (closes at 10 PM).

The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley.
