It was a nice.stay. staff were very courteous. Had difficulties with our room heater. But was fixed quickly. Room door (outside) was very drafty. Should have more weatherstripping around door and air conditioner/heater.

The room was in rough shape (burn holes on floor in bathroom and dirt around the room. It’s winter, -30 outside and the baseboard heater didn’t work. We went to the front desk to ask for a different room but they brought us a construction heater with a big bright light on it we couldn’t turn off, and for safety reasons couldn’t leave the heater running overnight. The blanket on one bed had a very visible massive stain mark on it. The pool area is unkept with sheets of plywood against a wall, massive globs of caulk on the flooring stones and overall not to clean in appearance.

Staff was great. Rooms clean. I love hotel that offer room for my family of 6 in a room together. Only thing that happens at all hotels, is i register for 6 people and get in to 2 or 4 towels. If theres 6 people i would appreciate 6 towels without asking.
