It's a new facility so everything is still new and clean. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Pool is shallow, doesn't have a deep end. However it's a decent size for kids to enjoy.

This is not an easy hotel to enter as you must enter through the shopping parking lot. Once inside the lobby is clean and bright and staff are friendly. We can only give this hotel a three star rating though due to the fact the walls are very thin which does not make for a restful stay. Also when checking in we should have been given a floor separate from the hockey teams that were staying. The kids were allowed to run in the hall, up and down the stair wells and play hockey in the hall unsupervised. We did complain to the front desk but nothing changed. The breakfast was mediocre at best. We shall not be returning.

Only one elevator was working throughout our stay and the floor was dirty. Some children were running around unsupervised. We had to call the front desk because they were knocking on our door.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Room looked nice and very clean! Didn’t get to check out the complimentary breakfast. I liked th check in and check out times. Cons: We found the room and bathroom EXTREMELY stuffy, there was no room ventilation besides the air conditioning which was still recycled air. Bathroom didn’t have a fan, just the out flow vents. Water bottle machine was broken, but one of the staff let me use the water in the buffet area ti fill up. Has a few issues with the casting on the TV, it would keep stopping, which was annoying. So we jus ended up watching from our device
