Cleanest rental we’ve ever had. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was a great temperature and you could heat up the hot tub to actual hot tub temperatures unlike a lot of Florida “hot tubs” The lanai and pool area were so nice to hang out on and there were tons of umbrellas and umbrella stands for the pool area if you needed some shade. Bedrooms all had pretty comfy beds. We had 4 adults and one 14yr old teen girl with us. I think the bathroom situation might be a little tricky with 6 adults with only two bathrooms with showers, but we made it work with 5 of us. The master bath doesn’t have a door on it but that didn’t bother us but I know it might bother others. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels. The air conditioning kept the house plenty cool. It is in a neighborhood off of one of the main ways to get onto Anna Maria island so we avoided coming and going during the main times when people were heading to the beach in the morning and leaving in the evening. The kitchen had pretty much everything you would need to make dinners and the grill worked ok too. The canal it was on was nice and quiet and so were the neighbors and neighborhood. The only very minor complaint I could have is that the house is under the airport flight pattern for the Sarasota airport approach and so during the day it could be pretty loud with the big commercial planes going over the house. But it wasn’t a deal breaker and it wouldn’t make me not rent this house again. We really enjoyed our stay.
