We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone! It was extremely clean and neat, and we had a lovely time here! The host was very responsive and kind too. Overall, this place was above my expectations and a great place to stay.

I had a lovely time at the Grouper. The house was easily marked The Grouper and easy parking! The apartment is as advertised. Perfect and beachy!!!All local places for food, eating out, clothing, are a short drive. The drive to Anna Maria Island is less than 3 minutes. I hope to visit again real soon. I want to stay here whenever possible.
