House was exactly as advertised, very clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, linens, and even necessities for the beach. Location of the house is great, being just a short walk to the beach and on a dead end road so there was minimal traffic. Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future!

We had a great 2 week stay. The property manager was great and went above and beyond to answer our questions. The location was perfect - short walk to the gulf and bay sides. Centrally located to access points in Anna Marie, Longboat and Sarasota. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

This a such a cute property, pretty spot and well equiped and super clean. It was a quick 2 min walk to the beach or the bay and has quiete streets I felt comfortable walking on alone day or night. The trolly stop is just at the end of the street.There is lots of construction in the area as properties are still recovering from devistating hurricanes 2 years ago, but it wasnt disruptive at all. Gound out on the lazt day that there are two pools on the property. Are they for private unit use? Or for all 4 units? Its unclear.Loved my stay and was crushed when I had to leave. Please dont stay here though, as I want it to be available next time i come down. Just kidding.Book and enjoy the island and the slow pace.
