Enjoy amazing panoramic Gulf of Mexico sunsets from your private 100 sq ft lanai overlooking a large heated swimming pool. This condo is part of a small complex located right on the beach-no streets to cross- with a view of the Gulf. Best suited for a maximum of 2 adults with a King size bed. There is also a small futon for up to 2 more small children.

You will love the direct view onto the beach where you may even see a dolphin or two! Many restaurants are close by and the free island trolley shuttle stops right in front of the complex to take you anywhere else on the island. This is a great spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or small families.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a stovetop. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

The bed and the pillows were terrible. There was very little places to put clothes away for two people. The sliding glass door was broken and could barely be closed on the other portion of the sliding glass window. There was a quarter inch gap between the frame and the window panel. The welcome guest book 3 ring binder let’s just say it was in very rough shape. The air conditioning unit was noisy and had to run on high to keep the unit reasonably comfortable day or night There were two new beach chairs, and a piece of crap of an umbrella with a hole in it The view was good. But not much else. We ended up cutting a four day. Stay one day short.

The only concern I had is that I was not receiving any emails on the actual instructions on arrival - even though I was told I was already sent them.I had a couple of different messages within the app because I was not receiving any emails. Eventually, I had to call the contact number the day before we flew out. At that point, the host did put the instructions in the apps messaging, which I appreciated. I was happy with the facility. Thank you!
