My only complaint would be their check in system! They use cue cards for their check in information. I booked online the day before and when I got there they didnt have my information prepared so the room I had originally booked was unavailable. They were quick to upgrade and fix their mistake, however I wonder what would of happened if they had no other rooms available?! Would definitely go back a second time as the rest of the experience was wonderful
