Cottage is a custom build in 2021, and fully furnished.

- Three bedrooms. 1x King bed, 1x Queen Bed, 1x Twin Bunk Beds (load capacity: 350lbs per level).
- 1x sofa bed in living room (sleeps 2 adults).

Beautiful cottage on the lake. Very clean and stocked with all the things you will need for cooking, cleaning, and entertaining. Host were great to communicate with and had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub and grill were easy to use and great additions to the property. I really hope to come back here in the future. The only thing that would improve this place is some blinds or curtains as it was quite bright in the morning. That being said the view was amazing and made waking up a treat. 10/10, will be back.

Beautifully maintained location with a gorgeous view right out the window. The host communicated very well and was quick to respond to the questions I had, which was greatly appreciated.Just a small note for anyone with scent sensitivities like myself. There were plug-in air fresheners in the space. Thankfully we noticed right away, unplugged them, and aired the room out briefly with no issue. For most guests, this would likely add to the welcoming atmosphere and the care put into the space.The stay itself was peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Local amenities are only about 15 minutes away, with some fantastic coffee shops, bakeries, and butcher shops nearby. Having access to those made cooking in the well-equipped kitchen even more enjoyable.Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay. I would happily return.

The cottage was an amazing and beautiful experience! We went in the winter and the cottage had someone plowing the drive way (which I was worried about) so no problems with tending to the weather! Perfect cottage with all of the ameneties you could need! Very clean, easy to find and just far enough away from town to feel like a true escape.The lake is nice and quiet with only a few other cottages nearby. Water is calm and peaceful, often giving a beautiful mirroring of the surrounding shores.Linens were crisp and clean. Towels and robes were plentiful. The kitchen is very well equipped - a nice open area with a lot of counterspace and a nice selection of properly working and well-maintained appliances. Bring your own pans as the ones on site are few and very well used.The waterfront was under renovation during our stay which wasn't communicated to us until the morning of check-in. Water access was available through a small gap in a low landscaping fence. Being mid fall, this wasn't a massive deal breaker by any means; but it was a nuisance nonetheless and unfortunate in the way it was withheld from us until the last minute.Overall, I can highly recommend this cottage and would definitely consider staying here again in a future trip to Bracebridge.

Great place to stay! The cottage was spotless when we checked in, and the little extras that were included really made the cottage feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was great, the area had a quick power outage one afternoon and the host was on top of giving us updates as they were getting them; We just took this as an opportunity to go for a canoe trip around the lake so no issues there! The cottage is very modern and well taken care of. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at Lakeside Haven. It was close to nearby towns for visiting and supplies and there was lots of wildlife in the area! The beds were comfortable as were the other seating areas. The cottage was well supplied with essentials and cook ware. We appreciated the canoe and kayaks and used them everyday. A couple of additions would have made our stay perfect:Dressers for people staying a week, window coverings in the bedrooms, a dock(being planned), greater recycling capacity. These inconveniences did not detract from our stay at this lovely place and the best part was the ease of communication with Baja who was responsive, accommodating and understanding.

Beautiful lakeside retreat

Had a wonderful time at Lakeside Haven. Cottage was very clean and had lots of space for the whole family. Outdoor deck and fire pit was great and so nice to have all the water toys included (kayaks, canoes, life jackets, etc.). So close to downtown bracebridge and other local spots like Santa’s village for easy day trips.

The property is lovely -- and just like the listing said it was: modern, spacious and well appointed. The location is excellent: on the lake, lots of space to unwind outside, and close to Bracebridge. One small thing: bring a sleep mask if you wake up when there sun comes out -- there are no curtains on the windows.

We had a truly wonderful vacation with my husband, mom, and grandma—it was such a special reunion after three years apart! The cottage exceeded all our expectations. It was spotless upon arrival, thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and even welcomed us with a lovely basket of goodies.My mom and grandma were absolutely delighted—it was their first time staying in a vacation home, and this experience set the bar incredibly high.The bed deserves its own praise: unbelievably comfortable and cozy, making every night feel like a retreat. This cottage was above amazing! A beautiful winter retreat, they have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend from a fantastic hot tub to some cozy robes to keep you warm. The place was spotless when we arrived which was great way to start the stay. Baha was an amazing host, he made the check in and check out process a breeze! Overall 10/10 vacation and will definitely be planning another stay here in the summer months to come!
