Perfect location - loved the breakfast area as well as Basilico restaurant. Great views in fall from the room! The room itself was very cozy with all required amenities! Wonderful customer experience from the staff - we were greeted by the reception with a personal guided tour of the property and our room. Would love to come back here for another relaxing vacation! It’s a 150 year old house with a lot of character. We stayed in The Mews which is a 2 story motel like building next to the main house. It’s showing its age but it’s currently under renovation so they are working on upgrades. It’s was very clean and the view was amazing. The staff were really friendly. We’d definitely go back.

The check in process was easy and the lady at the desk walked us right to our room and gave a rundown of the room amenities. The property itself is beautiful especially on a warm, late summer day. The onsite Italian restaurant was fairly priced, the food and service quality were great! The only 2 things I wish were better, 1 - parking getting into spaces was a bit tight with my F150. 2 - water pressure and water temp in the shower. Neither of these are show stoppers and won't deter me from coming back.
