I booked a room with two queen beds for two adults thru Expedia.com. The person who checked me in asked the same questions multiple times and it was so annoying. Do you have any pets? Is it just two adults? Almost accusing me of lying and when I asked why she was asking again, she stated people have snuck pets, and/or people in after they check in. It just bordered on being rude. When she assigned me to the second floor and it required steps as no elevator was available, I asked for a room on the first floor because I have difficulty climbing stairs. She said she only had one available room on the first floor that was more expensive than the room I had. I just said nevermind, I’d manage. She also gave poor directions on where to park to access the room. The room was clean except for some random hairs in the tub. Yuck! The tub was chipped and the whole room needs updating. Breakfast was very limited. I would not stay there again.

The indoor pool isnt heated and was freezing. In general, this hotel is in serious need of some updating. The beds were comfortable, but the hallways and public rooms are drab and dinghy.

After a long day at work, it was so nice to have a comfortable bed. Although we were disappointed the heated pool was out(we were looking forward to that), at least were able to be comfortable.

twice we’ve been to the same motel I wouldn’t have gone the second time if I’ve known it was the same one we got charged 2 1/2 times what we were supposed to checking in. They charge us $30 for checking in 45 minutes early without telling us and charge us fee for a safe we didn’t ask for there was no regular coffee in the pool was ice cold and no towels

The lady that checed us in, (I did not get her name) was so very sweet. The checkin process was very short. We were so glad to have a comfortable bed after renting a small house in Scottsville through AirBNB, that was cozy to be in however, the bed and couch were so uncomfortable. We were there for work and 10 hour days meant we needed some kinfd of comfort. We know there was some remodeing done, which is always good for improvement. The carpet was clean and stylish, bedding was clean and comfortable. The door in the bathroom needed replaced as it was busted at the bottom, but it did not affect the stay.

Very clean and comfortable!!

The pool was a little cold, but still nice and clean. We stayed in the king suite and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. The room was really nice and the bed was super comfy. However, the room was described as having a countryside view and we had a view of the neighboring storage units. But that is the only complaint.

Once you say a price be set on it and 9 dollars for military discount is crazy why even have a discount for the military when you say taxes just put the price back up makes no since. Owner is not polite very rude and gives no time for questions or someone trying to understand something

The pool area needed work. Its an indoor pool that needed the AC fixed. It was a sauna in there. Also the bottom of the pool looked like it had mildew on it.

Mold Overload

It was ok. The front desk was slightly rude upon check in, but no other issues. Largest issue is the amount of mold in the shower, the mildew all over in the pool room, and the pool room bathroom being out of order.

Last time we stayed here was great! Will definitely be staying again bc my girlfriend’s family lives in Glasgow. This time the main complaint is the the shower didn’t work. The pulley that switches it from bath to shower didn’t budge even slightly. The one bath I took I was forced to kneel in the bath
