This property was great, especially for those who might want to frequent Playa Santa (a short walk there!). We were visiting more of the island, and it was a little out of the way to come and go by car, but not as bad as some.The amenities were great! The kitchen and living room can be shut off from the bedroom by a door. Everything was clean. The washing machine was an added bonus, so that we could wash our swimsuits and such!

The sea wasn't visible from my room But it was a very good apt very clean and spacious. A short walk to the beach and local restaurant's. Gian was a very gracious host . Friendly and always answered all my questions. I would recommend him very highly.

Large apartment, all amenities. Cold water in fridge on arrival, coffee/maker. Soap dispensers in shower. WiFi a little spotty, but fine overall. Quiet, but most units were empty while I was there. Short walks to beaches (Little Beach was my favorite and the closest- none visible from room). Quite far from anything like restaurants, grocery stores, gas, etc. but perfect if you're there for beach time. I enjoyed it a lot and would come back.

A little piece of paradise

We loved staying at Villa Marta! It's in a great location, walking distance to beach. The apartment was beautiful, and clean. The property manager was very helpful, and kind. Great place to stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Owner Gian was very nice and helpful, quickly replied to comunication. Property was very clean and the decor was very comforting. I absolutely loved all the ceramic tile patterns

We had the best time staying in this lovely place. It looks nice in pictures, but it is even nicer in person. The host was very good with communication back and forth. It was well-stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed for 7 days, and it was worth it because we were within walking distance from Playa Santa beach and several places to eat typical Puerto Rican fast food, like empanadas and alcapurrias. It was also close to great restaurants and central to many other cities to visit each day. We strongly recommend this place.

Right in the middle of great restaurants, bars and beaches.Picture slightly deceptive as there is not a beach view from the property. However, it is within a very short walking distance. Would stay again!

Wonderful location

We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. We used the kitchen and it was well stocked. The area was not crowded with tourists. The locals were very friendly and the restaurants were delicious. We were within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. Playa Santa was a beautiful beach. I totally recommend this.

When arriving the gate remote didn't work but we were able to get in by sliding it open. Which we were notified ahead about this which was helpful. When going into the apartment it was beautiful. Very clean and nicely decorated. We stayed four nights and the second day the TV remote some of the buttons didn't work. We reached out and the host provided a new one. Went to Walmart and bought groceries to cook. The kitchen was beautiful and had pans and all the cooking stuff. Then we began cooking and that's when we seen at least 3 roaches. The next morning there was more and we took videos of them. It was very uncomfortable and we didn't get warned about roaches. Then the microwave stopped working the second day as well. The apartment was nice except for the roaches the remote and the microwave. When I asked for a refund I was told only 44 dollars out of 418.00 and feel after all the things especially the roaches I should have received more.

Pretty clean place, excellent communication

Apartment was clean, pretty spacious, has everything one could need. Loved the beautiful floor tiles and bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in! Top! Host has provided excellent communication, fast responses. Gate remote battery for empty in middle of stay. Host provided replacement in lockbox the next morning, that was great. Playa Santa is not what it used to anymore. Abandoned buildings, trash everywhere including beach, we wouldn't stay there again only due to location but apartment was awesome and safe because gated! Thank you
