Oh dear

This is a very tired hotel in dire need of some tlc. The celebrity reference is tacky to say the least. Over a 3 night stay we saw a grand total of 3 members of staff. The 'welcoming' bar was nothing more than a community centre hall with no one to serve you. Don't bother with the buffet breakfast. It consisted of 3 choices of cereal, the cheapest bread money can buy for toast and the cooked items were cold. It would maybe be an idea to actually turn the hot plate on. If you want eggs it's fried or nothing. As usual, no staff were available to inform when things needed topping up and the dining room was dark and dingy. Overall we got what we paid for. If you want a cheap break by all means give it a try but don't expect much. It was however pretty clean with housekeeping every other day which many hotels don't offer at all anymore

Location to the beach was excellent. Staff were slow and uninterested. Breakfast buffet ran out and took ages to refill. Room was not clean - carpet had fluff and dirt. Walls were marked and shabby.

We saw a cockroach in the hallway, and another one in the room. The glasses for the bar are kept in an asda basket which was mouldy on the bottom, so putting the clean glasses in it was completely pointless and im not sure why theyre doing it. The sofas in the bar were DISGUSTING. Supposed to be red but were basically black at this point. The couch in our room was extremely stained and torn in areas. If you go out past midnight, they lock the doors which i fully understand, but then the desk person puts headphones in so you spend 30mins ringing the doorbell and hammering on the door befoe they realise and let you in. The beds are extremely hard and the pillows are like stones. The pillows are so hard i actually had to go to b&m to get myself a new one as that one gave me a really bad headache. I would never stay here again. I wish id taken more pictures but at the time i was too freaked out by it too even consider it.

Good hotel

Good hotel, no complaints. It was just very noisy next to my room, as the walls are thin. £10 a day overnight parking is expensive, so this needs to be factored in should you be staying a few days.

Great location. Perfect overnight stay to explore Bournemouth. Helpful friendly staff. Love the themed rooms 😀. Great value for money . Couldnt fault it 👍

Absolutely disgusted with this hotel. Racist people who gave us trouble. The beds were weak and mattress not good at all. The service was bad. The rooms are not clean. The bed sheets had dirt all over. I’m disappointed really, the fact we travelled 5 hours to choose this hotel.

Not good or worth money

Very disappointed, had booked deluxe twin room..cant imagine what standard would be like! Stained and broken furniture. Couldn't lock door from inside. Carpets stained. Breakfast - very limited choice and wasnt nice. We had booked for 4 nights but only tayed 1 and went somewhere else. Internet wifi and TV signal intermittent.

End room with 3 windows overlooking car park and adjacent to main rd. Very noisy with traffic as windows had to stay open. Hardly any sleep Contractors who stayed there were also noisy especially early morning
