Building took me back, I love deco style buildings...Inside when immediately walk in appears dated, as does staircase but most important is the room, which was clean and had everything I needed. Woman on reception is very friendly and very helpful. English breakfast was good. Only 10 minute walk to the coast but in a quiet road. If in Bournemouth again would stay here again.

We couldn’t fault our room good size clean maybe dated but they are refurbing rooms and you can pay to upgrade we noticed , lovely and warm room with hot shower , good size tv and breakfast was good

Near East Cliff Zigzag access to the beach. Please be mindful it can be steep and would need a certain level of balance and leg strength to go down and especially up back to the hotel from the beach.

On arrival we were given directions to our room . The room was very dated and furniture falling apart. Rooms were not replenished and cleaned daily a requirement we like about staying in a hotel. Parking is good but a bit pricey. I’m afraid will not recommend a nd will not be returning
