I think it is appalling to not clean the rooms on a daily basis. Not collect dirty towels and to have has to ask for clean towels TWICEin one hour since my first request was ignored. You are saving money but not discounting our bill despite not getting proper service. If I went to a restaurant andhad an entree and a dessert, but you coukdn’t produce the dessert. I wouldn’t be charged for the dessert. But you are charging me. I expect a refund of my day without service. Thank you, gail lehman

Refreshing Residence

A newer hotel, close to downtown. Convenient for getting around. Several good restaurants nearby, a grocery store (Sprouts), and a hardware store. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious Being here two nights allowed me to buy some food and keep it refrigerated and eat at the counter. The staff was great here, especially Logan at the front desk, who took care of a few things before I even asked him! Always good to have people who notice details and intuit the needs of their customers. We loved our two night stay here, and look forward to returning.

Great hotel! We had 2 beds and a kitchen. Plenty of room for a family of 4. You could cook in the room if you like. Staff was great! Walkable or an easy Uber ride to Pearl Street.
