It was close to our grandson’s dormitory, so very convenient. It appeared old, but was generally clean and quiet. It had a bathtub and not a step in shower. Some of the equipment in the gym was not clean. There were no wipes to clean up equipment after use. The stay was fine? But I might look elsewhere next time.

They were very personable and gave lots of good tips how to navigate the city. One evening they had a social with appetizers and drinks. Room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great property to stay at while visiting our daughter at CU. Clean, convenient, and quiet. We did have a couple of issues that we addressed with management that were not attended to or fixed. Our shower had no hot water & our refrigerator was not cold, so because of that, we were unable to purchase food to keep in our room
