Clean and comfortable room. What a nice surprise. We have spent many a night in Boston and the Midtown competes with the top names. I want to say something bad so I have this place all to myself but it was great.

The room was over 100 degrees upon our entry. We are born and raises NE men and we dont do heat. We forgot our fans but shouldn't of needed them, but these rooms dont have any fan option and only HEAT, other then that it was ok besides the insanely short shower where we needed to bend down and lean sideways

After reading the older reviews about renovation issues I was apprehensive about staying here...but..... The renovation has been completed, and the place is spotless!! Yes, the rooms are still in the older style layout, but everything is brand new. I was more than satisfied with the room, the cleanliness and especially the staff. They were all very courteous and always helpful. This place is a very good deal. Don't hesitate to stay here. -

The location is fantastic--a 5 minute walk from Hynes Convention Center and all the hotels surrounding it. The room itself was very spacious and clean, with a good bed. Pleasant staff. Miniscule, closet-like bathroom. The walls are paper-thin, so that if a couple has a fight next door at 3 a.m., or people in the hallway are rowdy at midnight, one hears every word. Whatever their policy says, they don't make up the room each day unless you ask at the desk. Having said that, if we want to be frugal, and need to stay in Back Bay again, we'd probably go back.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was some room for staff service. There was no housekeeping at the 3rd day of my stay which makes me a bit wonder why. Other than that, it was a very satisfactory stay for my needs.
