The in room robes we SO Crunchy hard couldn’t were them. Waaaay to much starch. Sheets were also no soft. Too much starch. The toilet paper was one ply cheap as could be and horrible Not what were were expecting at all. Would not stay again or recommend. Will also leave a review on Expedia. The food in the restaurant was good but the service was a joke. Sat for 15 min with nobody coming to our table. Had to get up and ask hostess for our server. Server never came back yo check on us after meal was served.

I noted it was my husband's birthday and the hotel delivered chocolate covered strawberries with a happy birthday chocolate ribbon. I did not order that, it was a unprompted gesture that will not be forgotten. We will come back again!

The property is located in the most perfect location, walkable to so many different options of shopping , restaurants, and attractions. Seaport Hotel is my new favorite after 20 years of visiting Boston for Red Sox games and various events !!!!!! Will always stay at Seaport Hotel from now on. 10 minute uber ride to Quincy.

Room was great, location was great, front desk was polite and efficient. Did use the pre check-in option. Only comment is was supposed to get a $35 credit for food or drink downstairs (or that is how it was explained when booking). When we arrived told about the $35 credit but told it was for food only….so passed as we were eating elsewhere.
