The sofa bed was awful, definitely not something I’d expect from Marriott, felt every spring in the 2 inch thick mattress. . Staff is fabulous, when we asked for extra blankets and pillows they were brought to us in a timely manner. Great location in Seaport. If you have four people and will be utilizing the sofa bed, bring a mattress topper or purchase one while you’re there. The bed in the bedroom was ok, I’m more of a firm mattress user so I did wake up sore from the squishy mattress. The room was clean and has plenty of places to store luggage and all the cold weather gear we brought. This is my second visit to this Marriott Residence Inn, first time utilizing the sofa bed. I’ll rethink bringing my entire family unless the mattresses on the sofa beds are changed.

The hotel facilities were amazing, the brick walls and wood make it a cozy place to enjoy the city. The only issues was the internet connection even though the team at the hotel gave us a different room the service itself wasn’t the best. But everything else was very pleasant would love to stay there again.
